1. Services Provided<\/h2>\n

Absolutely Clean offers the following professional cleaning services:<\/p>\n

– Internal and external window cleaning<\/p>\n

– Conservatory and conservatory roof cleaning<\/p>\n

– Fascia and soffit cleaning<\/p>\n

– Cladding cleaning<\/p>\n

– Jet washing of driveways, patios, and similar surfaces<\/p>\n

2. Access and Site Requirements<\/h2>\n

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled date.<\/p>\n

Gates must be left unlocked to allow our operatives access to areas being cleaned.<\/p>\n

Windows and doors must be properly closed and secured to prevent water ingress.<\/p>\n

In the event of lightning or hazardous weather, work may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons.<\/p>\n

Any pets must be securely contained, and all pet waste removed from the work area prior to arrival.<\/p>\n

Customers must notify Absolutely Clean of any special requirements or restrictions in advance.<\/p>\n

The property must be free from safety risks such as:<\/p>\n

– Exposed electrical wiring<\/p>\n

– Open holes<\/p>\n

– Unsecured drain or manhole covers<\/p>\n

3. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

Payment is due within 7 calendar days of job completion.<\/p>\n

Accepted payment methods:<\/p>\n

– Bank Transfer \/ BACS<\/p>\n

– Payable to: Absolutely Clean<\/p>\n

– Sort Code: 09-01-50<\/p>\n

– Account Number: 05063175<\/p>\n

– Payment Reference: Please use the first line of your address<\/p>\n

– Cheque<\/p>\n

– Make payable to: Absolutely Clean<\/p>\n

– Please write the first line of your address on the reverse of the cheque<\/p>\n

– Cash<\/p>\n

– If paying in cash, please count the amount in front of the staff member.<\/p>\n

– The operative will then place the payment into a sealed envelope to confirm receipt and avoid any potential discrepancies.<\/p>\n

Invoices are issued upon completion of each job. Late payments may be subject to administration fees and\/or interest.<\/p>\n

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/h2>\n

A minimum of 12 hours\u2019 notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/p>\n

Short-notice cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the agreed service cost.<\/p>\n

5. Adverse Weather<\/h2>\n

Certain services may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning.<\/p>\n

If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

6. Liability and Damages<\/h2>\n

Absolutely Clean takes every care during service delivery. However, we are not liable for:<\/p>\n

– Existing defects, damage, or deterioration of property or materials<\/p>\n

– Water ingress due to open or poorly sealed windows\/doors<\/p>\n

If any issues or concerns arise, they must be reported immediately to Mr Jas Dephu or the operative onsite.<\/p>\n

7. Additional Work Requests<\/h2>\n

Any requests for additional work must be referred to Mr Jas Dephu directly.<\/p>\n

Once agreed, additional work may:<\/p>\n

– Be carried out the same day (if time allows), or<\/p>\n

– Be scheduled for another mutually convenient time.<\/p>\n

All additional work will be quoted prior to commencement.<\/p>\n

8. Reporting Issues During Work<\/h2>\n

If our team identifies any issues or areas of concern during the cleaning process, the customer will be informed immediately.<\/p>\n

9. Agreement of Works<\/h2>\n

Bookings may be confirmed verbally, via text, email, or website contact.<\/p>\n

While verbal agreements are legally binding, we recommend written or signed confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.<\/p>\n

Absolutely Clean offers a job confirmation slip (available on request) for additional clarity.<\/p>\n

10. Complaints<\/h2>\n

All complaints must be made within 48 hours of service completion, either by phone, email, or text.<\/p>\n

We will investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly.<\/p>\n

11. Insurance<\/h2>\n

Absolutely Clean holds full Public Liability Insurance. A copy of our certificate is available on request.<\/p>\n
