1. Services Provided

Absolutely Clean offers the following professional cleaning services:

– Internal and external window cleaning

– Conservatory and conservatory roof cleaning

– Fascia and soffit cleaning

– Cladding cleaning

– Jet washing of driveways, patios, and similar surfaces

2. Access and Site Requirements

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled date.

Gates must be left unlocked to allow our operatives access to areas being cleaned.

Windows and doors must be properly closed and secured to prevent water ingress.

In the event of lightning or hazardous weather, work may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons.

Any pets must be securely contained, and all pet waste removed from the work area prior to arrival.

Customers must notify Absolutely Clean of any special requirements or restrictions in advance.

The property must be free from safety risks such as:

– Exposed electrical wiring

– Open holes

– Unsecured drain or manhole covers

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 calendar days of job completion.

Accepted payment methods:

– Bank Transfer / BACS

– Payable to: Absolutely Clean

– Sort Code: 09-01-50

– Account Number: 05063175

– Payment Reference: Please use the first line of your address

– Cheque

– Make payable to: Absolutely Clean

– Please write the first line of your address on the reverse of the cheque

– Cash

– If paying in cash, please count the amount in front of the staff member.

– The operative will then place the payment into a sealed envelope to confirm receipt and avoid any potential discrepancies.

Invoices are issued upon completion of each job. Late payments may be subject to administration fees and/or interest.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Short-notice cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the agreed service cost.

5. Adverse Weather

Certain services may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning.

If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment as soon as possible.

6. Liability and Damages

Absolutely Clean takes every care during service delivery. However, we are not liable for:

– Existing defects, damage, or deterioration of property or materials

– Water ingress due to open or poorly sealed windows/doors

If any issues or concerns arise, they must be reported immediately to Mr Jas Dephu or the operative onsite.

7. Additional Work Requests

Any requests for additional work must be referred to Mr Jas Dephu directly.

Once agreed, additional work may:

– Be carried out the same day (if time allows), or

– Be scheduled for another mutually convenient time.

All additional work will be quoted prior to commencement.

8. Reporting Issues During Work

If our team identifies any issues or areas of concern during the cleaning process, the customer will be informed immediately.

9. Agreement of Works

Bookings may be confirmed verbally, via text, email, or website contact.

While verbal agreements are legally binding, we recommend written or signed confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.

Absolutely Clean offers a job confirmation slip (available on request) for additional clarity.

10. Complaints

All complaints must be made within 48 hours of service completion, either by phone, email, or text.

We will investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly.

11. Insurance

Absolutely Clean holds full Public Liability Insurance. A copy of our certificate is available on request.
